MY AWARDS

I started entering awards in 2010 when I put forward an entry to benefit and promote the suppliers of our Case Management System - Proclaim by Eclipse Legal Systems. I was absolutely astonished to win, so decided to enter again. Again to my surprise, the type of work we do seemed appealing due to its moral content, and the rest, as you can see below, is history.

Peter Garsden was the recipient of a Special Recognition at the Pride of Britain/Manchester Awards held at the Kimpton Hotel in Manchester on 10th May 2023 with a red carpet welcome, live Facebook Coverage, and a clutch of various celebrities from most walks of wife. Peter's award was presented by Lisa Nandy MP and Christine McGuiness.

Peter Garsden picked up the coveted Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year at the 2018 Eclipse Personal Injury Awards held at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester.

Manchester based Child Abuse Solicitor, Peter Garsden, has spent the last 22 years of his professional life supporting survivors of child abuse. His efforts have not been missed. He has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement award at the Claims Management Awards.

Cheadle Hulme solicitors Abney Garsden McDonald are celebrating success after winning ‘small law firm of the year’ in this year’s Manchester Legal Awards. The glittering awards ceremony held in Manchester was organised by the Manchester Law Society and was introduced to showcase the huge wealth of legal talent in the region.

Cheadle Hulme based Abney Garsden McDonald solicitors who have the largest dedicated Abuse compensation department in the country have won Personal Injury Team of the Year in the prestigious 2010 Eclipse Proclaim Personal Injury Awards.

Leading child abuse solicitors Abney Garsden McDonald have scooped first prize at a gala awards ceremony sponsored by Eclipse Legal Systems and others after being short-listed in the category of ‘Most Innovative Use of Legal Software.’

On Thursday 19th December 2007 Mark Hunter the Liberal Democrat MP for Cheadle visited our offices on Station Road in Cheadle Hulme to present an Investors In People award to Abney Garsden McDonald.

After first being accredited with the Investors In People (IIP) scheme in 1996 the firm passed it’s recent assessment with flying colours.
